William “Bill” Boyd Wellborn, age 61, of Howe, IN passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. Mr. Wellborn was born on October 30, 1962 in Virginia to the late Jack and Ruth (Pendleton) Wellborn. On September 6, 1984, he married the love of his life, Bonnie Jean Wellborn in Leesburg, VA. He was employed at the Howe Restaurant as a cook. Bill enjoyed watching football and particularly the Washington Redskins. He also was fond of horse racing. Bill was a kind, loving, do anything for you kind of guy. He adored his family, children, and grandchildren and will be missed by all who loved him.

Survivors include:
Spouse, Bonnie Jean Wellborn of Howe, IN.
Daughter, April Wellborn of Virginia.
Son, Randy Wellborn of Virginia.
Daughter, Brittany Wellborn and Cody Daum of Michigan.
Son, Dakota Wellborn of Howe, IN.
Grandchildren, Serinity Wellborn, Faith Daum, Isaac Daum, Ellie Thompson, and Kingston Wellborn.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.

There are no services planned at this time and upon Bill’s wishes, cremation will take place.
