Sandra M. (Streby) Mobley

Sandra M. Mobley, age 78, of Big Long Lake in Wolcottville, IN passed away on August 21, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.  Ms. Mobley was born on March 20, 1942 in LaGrange, IN to Maynard and Wava B. (Green) Streby.  Sandra received her education from a one room school house in South Milford, IN.  On October 2, 1956, she married Archie J. Mobley in Kentucky.  He preceded her in death in 2006.  Sandra worked as a cook at DJ’s in LaGrange for many years and in recent years at Pizza Plus in Stroh, IN.  She was a loving mother, caregiver, and homemaker.  Sandra enjoyed crocheting and knitting.  She specialized in producing gorgeous Afghans and everyone in her family received at least one of her specializations.  Sandra had a loving and giving heart.  

Survivors include:
Son, Timothy (Myra) Mobley of Mendon, MI.
Daughter, Tawnie (Kevin) Reed of Auburn, IN.
Son, Terry (Kathleen) Mobley of Little Turkey Lake, IN.
Son, Tracy (Patricia) Mobley of Killen, AL.
Daughter, Tina Jo Lombardo of Waterloo, IN.
22 Grandchildren.
41 Great-grandchildren.
3 Great-great-grandchildren.
Many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, son, Thomas Mobley, granddaughter, Cassie Mobley, and 3 sisters; Naomi Kandetzki, Donna Combs, and Diana Combs.

Private family visitation will be held with cremation to follow.

Graveside services will be announced and take place at a later date at Brushy Chapel Cemetery.
