Carol Bachman

Carol Bachman was reunited with her departed loved ones on July 29,2023  Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her life was full of accomplishments including Miss Elkhart County pageant director where she acquired life long friendships. Carol took pride in her career as manager of Pierre Moran Mall in Elkhart. Carol and her husband George owned The Landing in Shipshewana for 20+ years where she interacted with the community on a daily basis. Her family was her passion and she was always there for all of them with her time, love and unconditional support. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Spouse, George Bachman of LaGrange, IN.

Daughter, Jama and Paul Vassar of Elkhart, IN.

Son, Jeremy and Deb Bachman of Fort Wayne, IN.

Grandson, Jarrod and Jen Luttrell of Mishawaka, IN.

Grandson, Drew Bachman of Fort Wayne, IN.

Great-granddaughter, Aurora Luttrell.

Great-granddaughter, Scarlet Luttrell.

Great-grandson, Anthony Luttrell.

Great-grandson, Gage Davis.

Great-grandson, William Mickelson.

2 nieces and 1 nephew.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Joan Perdiue, siblings; Karen Sheetz, Robert Perdiue, and Kimberly Perdiue, and a grandson, Kyle Luttrell.

A memorial service will be held in Carol’s honor on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 3:00pm with calling prior from 12:00pm-3:00pm at Eden Worship Center, 4095 South 900 West, Topeka, IN 46571.

Officiating the services will be both Pastor Harold Gingerich and Pastor Matt Gingerich.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Miss Elkhart County Pageant and or The American Cancer Society.
