Tanecia Leigh Moore, age 26, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on January 22, 1994 in LaGrange, IN to Michael and Wanda (Owen) Moore.   In 2012, she graduated from Lakeland High School in LaGrange.  Tanecia worked at Morgan Olson in assembly for one year.  She currently worked at 7-Eleven as a cashier off the toll road at the Howe Plaza.  Tanecia loved being a mom and enjoyed every moment she spent with her beautiful daughter, Kinsley.  She was described by her friends, family and loved ones as caring, outgoing, and the type to give you her last dollar.  Tanecia loved fostering animals, caring for stray cats, volunteering at the Ark Animal Shelter and her pet snake, Myah.  She also really enjoyed fishing.  Tanecia was called a pack rat and collected "anything on sale" from the store.

Paternal Grandmother, Bonnie Moore of Kentucky. Sister, Heather Davis of Howe. Sister, Michaela Moore of LaGrange. Brother, Brandon Moore of LaGrange. Nephew, Greyson Rupert of LaGrange. Nephew, Tristan Franklin of Howe. Niece, Lillian Franklin of Howe. Nephew, Jaxon Franklin of Howe. Aunt, Mary Music of Elkhart. Aunt, Marlena Fanning of Kentucky. Aunt, Michelle Moore of Elkhart. Uncle, Kevin Owen of Mississippi. Uncle, Bruce Owen of Gas City, IN.

Tanecia was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Grover Moore and Aunt, Sheila Patrick.

Visitation and Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 from 1:00pm-5:00pm with the funeral service following at 5:00pm at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 603 South Detroit Street, Lagrange, IN 46761.   Cremation will follow after the services.
