Susanne Elizabeth Pedigo, fondly known as Grandma Sue, was born on September 11, 1934, and left us on January 29, 2025. She was a remarkable woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from immersing herself in a good book to enjoying her favorite daily soap operas and football games.  Above all, her heart belonged to her family, especially her beloved children and grandchildren, who she cherished deeply. Now reunited in heaven with her two children, Janet Sue Friend and William Hettler, as well as her parents and four brothers, Sue's spirit continues to shine brightly. She leaves behind her loving legacy to her four grandchildren: Stacy and Corey Vanderbilt, Jaime East and Ann Bolinger, Megan and Zack Hough, Dennis and Justine Hettler, 18 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren. Grandma Sue's presence will be profoundly missed, but her love and cherished memories will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 1:00pm with calling one hour prior from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 West Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

Officiating the services will be Pastor Dan Sheafer.

Entombment will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens following the services.
