Sherron Joyce Bell, age 82, of LaGrange, IN passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Ms. Bell was born on April 10, 1939 in Ann Arbor, MI to Elwyn and Bernadine (Hutchinson) Yax.  In 1955, she graduated from Ann Arbor High School.  She continued her education at the University of Michigan.  Sherron then went to obtain her master's degree from Concordia University in Fort Wayne, IN.  She worked as a bookkeeper at King Seeley in Ann Arbor, MI for 10 years.  While working tediously, she met the love of her life, Kenneth S. Ludwig.  On August 6, 1960, she married Kenneth at the First Presbyterian Church in Ann Arbor, MI.  Sherron hosted her own radio talk show in Baltimore, MD where she discussed women topics, political issues, and racial issues.  Sherron was the bookkeeper and in charge of the lunch program with the Red Bird Mission in Kentucky.  She retired from Efthimiou CPA Group after 10 years of service as a Certified Estate Planner.  Sherron was proud of her Blackfoot Indian heritage.  She was an avid reader and boating enthusiast.  Music was her true passion and she loved to play the accordion, piano, and sing.  Sherron was extremely dedicated to her husband and family.  She was a supportive wife, mother, and friend.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband weekly and always made sure to assist with his ministry as needed.

Survivors include: Daughter, Suzanne and Donald Ringman of Clayton, MI. Daughter, Kathleen and Terry Mobley of LaGrange, IN. Son, Kenneth and Kristine Ludwig of Toledo, OH. 12 Grandchildren. 7 Great-grandchildren.

Sherron was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother, Gerald Yax.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1:00pm with calling from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 603 South Detroit Street, LaGrange, IN 46761.
