Sarah Ann Holt, age 22, of Bristol, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025. She was born September 9, 2003, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Joseph and Antoniette (Fiorentino) Holt.

Sarah graduated from Goshen High School in 2021 and went on to earn her certification as a phlebotomist. She was dedicated to her work and served patients at both Goshen and Elkhart Hospitals with compassion and care.

Sarah had a zest for life and loved attending concerts, spending time with her beloved canine companion, and cherishing moments with her family, friends, and loved ones.

Survivors include: Brother, Taylor (Amanda Gentry) Kennedy. Brother, Dylan Holt. Aunt, Sarah Holt. Nieces/ Nephews, Lilith Eppard, Zane Rhamey, Shyanne Kennedy, Luna Kennedy, Jesse Holley, and Cheyenne Holley.

There are no services scheduled at this time and cremation will take place.
