Sally Jo Lewis, age 72, of Fort Wayne, IN formerly of LaGrange, IN, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Life Care Center in Fort Wayne, IN.  She was born on April 7, 1948 in Sturgis, MI to the late Joe and Betty (Jacobs) Fry.  Sally graduated from Sturgis High School.  She worked as a caregiver in various nursing homes for many years.  Sally enjoyed flowers, gardening, and reading.

Survivors include: Daughter, Terri Eluem of Sturgis, MI. Son, Jeffrey Johnloc of Evansville, IN. Grandson, Timothy Allen Reed III of Bronson, MI. Grandson, Austin Reed of Sturgis, MI. Sister, Priscilla Ruble of Garrett, IN.

A graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
