Kylan "Boo Boo" Sage Wheeler, five weeks old, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital in Coldwater, MI.  She was born on August 29, 2024 in Hillsdale, MI to Jeremy Lamar Jr. and Breanna Lynn (Welch) Wheeler.  Her parents and family loved her dimples and smile.  She also had the cutest and longest toes and fingers.

Paternal grandmother, Jessica Long of Sturgis, MI. Paternal Grandfather, Jeremy Wheeler Sr. of Elkhart, IN. Maternal great-grandparents, Treas and Jerry Combs of Howe, IN. Maternal great-grandparents, Bonnie and Sam Moore of Howe, IN. Paternal great-grandmother, Julie Schiltz of LaGrange, IN. Maternal Great-great-grandmother, Patricia Flaws of Somerset, MI. Aunts and uncles, Kyan Combs, Korbin Welch, Jerica Wheeler, Jenna Long, Javion Wheeler, J'Mir Cofield, Ja'Lil Cofield, Ja' Vlad Coffield, and Jes'Mira Cofield. 2 Cousins, Onyx and Jasper Welch.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 1:00pm with visitation prior from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 603 South Detroit Street, LaGrange, IN 46761.

Burial will take place following the funeral at Mongo Cemetery in Mongo, IN.
