Julie Ann Ross, of Fort Wayne, IN formerly of Howe, IN passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.  Ms. Ross was born on December 23, 1959 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN to Gary and Connie (Arklie) Whitcomb.  Julie graduated from Lakeland High School in LaGrange, IN.   After high school, she continued her education and obtained an associate's degree at the International Business College in Fort Wayne, IN.  She worked in retail for many years and managed Shipshe Casuals in Shipshewana, IN.  Julie was a longtime member of the LaGrange Missionary Church.  She enjoyed listening to heavy Rock N' Roll music and crafting in her free time.  Julie always had a great sense of humor and an even bigger heart that truly cared about others.

Survivors include: Mother, Connie Whitcomb of Orange County, CA. Son, Joshua and Sarah Ross of Fort Wayne, IN. Son, Nathan and Kelcy Ross of Fort Wayne, IN. Granddaughter, Jaiden Ross of Fort Wayne, IN. Granddaughter, Jenna Ross of Fort Wayne, IN. Sister, Natalie and Joe Rizzo of Simpsonville, SC. Sister, Leslie and Michael Kucinskas of Ferndale, MI.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Gary Whitcomb and father of her children, Greg Ross.

A memorial service will be held in Julie's honor on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1:00pm with calling 1 hour prior from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 603 South Detroit Street, LaGrange, IN 46761

Officiating the services will be Pastor Envoy Steve McNary.
