Jennifer Annette Caldwell

Jennifer Annette Caldwell, age 34, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born on November 27, 1991, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jennifer attended Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne. She was a loving homemaker who took great pride in keeping her home clean, comfortable, and tidy. She cherished the time she spent with her significant other, Matt, and enjoyed creating a warm and welcoming home for them. Jennifer loved country music and spending time on TikTok and enjoyed shopping online. Above all, she will be remembered by her family and friends for the love and companionship she shared with those closest to her.

She is survived by her mother, Melinda (Greg) Turner of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her father, Clyde Brown of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her siblings, Ashley (Terry) Hargas, Andrew Caldwell, Matthew Caldwell, and Alayiah Brown, all of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her aunt, Leida Ramer of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her godson, Messiah Wilson of Maryland; and her special and best friend, Adriana Hughes-Pishvaee.

Jennifer will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with calling prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 7633 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46835.

Memorial donations may be directed to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
