Janis E. Haggard, age 68, of Wolcottville, IN passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on August 2, 1952 in Adams County, IN to the late Harley J. and Dorothy (Ross) Tumbleson.  Jan graduated from South Adams High School in Berne, IN.  On July 2, 1970, she married Ralph E. Haggard.  Together she and her husband were dairy farmers and then later went to work in factories until retirement.  She was a member of the South Milford Church of Christ.  Jan loved being outdoors, relaxing, and sitting on her patio.  She enjoyed nature, gardening, and tending to her flowers.  Jan had an eye for interior design and decorating.  She also loved collecting knick knacks.  She was thoughtful, caring, and had a laugh that could fill the room.  Jan loved her family, grandchildren, and spending quality with them.

Survivors include: Husband, Ralph E. Haggard of Wolcottville, IN. Son, Jason Haggard of Pennville, IN. Son, Jarad and Jennifer Haggard of Dunkirk, IN. 6 Grandchildren. Sister, Carol Baugher of Fort Wayne, IN. Sister, Genise and Jimmy Carriere of Houston, TX. Brother, Darell Tumbleson of Melbourne, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joyce Tumbleson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
