James "Jim" W. Roy, age 79, of Fort Wayne, IN formerly of LaGrange County, IN, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 at Heritage Park in Fort Wayne.  Mr. Roy was born on August 13, 1940 in LaGrange, IN to the late Arthur V. and Margaret C. Roy.  Jim graduated from Harlan High School in Harlan, IN.  He then went onto college and obtained two Bachelor's Degrees.  Jim taught, mentored, and served as a high school teacher for 30 years in the Gibraltar School District in Michigan.  He absolutely loved everything regarding Donald Trump!  Jim enjoyed all breeds of dogs, dog videos, and being around dogs.  He liked to listen to gospel music, especially The Mormon Tabernacle Choir.  Jim always anticipated his yearly high school reunions and loved his monthly meet ups with his classmates.  He took great pride in being a teacher, mentor, and friend.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
