Gary D. Porter, age 56, of Stroh, IN passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his residence.  Mr. Porter was born on March 17, 1965 in Garrett, IN.  He graduated from Prairie Heights High School.  Gary worked in production at Angola Wire Products for 29 years.  He was an Oldsmobile 442 and car enthusiast.  Gary enjoyed his solitude and watching the Chicago Bears.  He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include: Brother, Kevin (Jill) Porter of Camden, MI. Brother, David Porter of LaGrange, IN. 3 Nieces. Uncle, Russell (Lynda) Porter of Fremont, IN. Many great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Allen L. Porter and Judy Davis, grandparents, Clarence and Geneva Porter, and sister, Susie Miller.

Cremation will take place and burial will be held at Woodruff Cemetery at a later date.
