Gary W. Brown

Gary W. Brown, age 75, of LaGrange, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026, at The Waters of LaGrange in LaGrange.

Gary was born on May 9, 1951, in Wolcottville, Indiana, to the late Harold Brown and Lorayne (Ramsby) Martin. He graduated from the Indianapolis School for Deaf in Indianapolis, Indiana, and later worked in maintenance at Pokagon State Park. Gary enjoyed hunting in his younger years and cherished the time he spent with his mother and family. He also enjoyed sharing coffee and a meal with his friends at McDonald’s in LaGrange.

Surviving Gary are his cousins, Sue (Robert), Vicary, Jay (Kim) Taggart, Barry Newman, and Brian Newman; his nephew, Jason Brown, and a sister-in-law; Wanda Brown.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Brown, niece, Geri Lynn Brown, as well as his aunts and uncles.
