Elizabeth Ann Bade

Elizabeth A. Bade, age 72, went to be with her Lord on June 12, 2026. She was the daughter of Richard and Mildred (Bowers) Griffith. She graduated from Bethlehem Grade School and Concordia High School.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Bade; children, Sarah Waters, Mike Meeker, David (Bianca) Bade, Brad Riehle, and Ross (Vickie) Riehle; sisters, Pat (Larry) Bobay and Ginger (Dave) Tellman; and brothers-in-law, Steve Bade and Ned (Connie) Bade. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Bruce Bade. She was blessed with several grandchildren whom she adored and was lovingly known as “Grandma B.”

She owned For Dolly Dearest and worked in New Haven, repairing and custom dressing antique dolls.

She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and the Fort Wayne Turners.

She enjoyed painting, crocheting, knitting, and spending time with her children. She also enjoyed spending the winter in Fort Myers, FL and enjoyed a lifetime of summers at Clear Lake in Fremont, IN.

Private family graveside services will take place at a later date.
