Donna Mae Cook, age 91, of LaGrange, IN passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at The Waters of LaGrange, IN.  Mrs. Cook was born on August 1, 1933 in Newago, MI to the late William Rider and Bertha (Brandow) Martin.  She was a dedicated wife, mother, and hard worker.  She worked in janitorial services at Master Craft in LaGrange, IN for many years.  She also was employed by Essex Wire and when she was still residing in Illinois, she cleaned multiple homes per week.  Donna was also a server and bartender for many years at both the Eagles and Moose Lodge.  She enjoyed the tedious satisfaction of word searches and puzzle books.  She loved flowers, tending to her garden, and the beauty of roses and glad's.  Vacationing to the warmth of Florida and enjoying the beauty of northern Michigan were also a couple locations Donna enjoyed visiting.  Donna was an avid fan of birds, bird watching, and particularly enjoyed hummingbirds.  She was a phenomenal cook, great at baking, and always every weekend made delicious pies or cakes.  Donna loved her children, family, and spending quality time with them.  She will be missed by those who she knew, who knew her, and loved her.

Survivors include: Son, Jim Timm of Hastings, MI. Son, Terry (Sue) Timm of Maine. Son, John (Deb) Timm of Middleville, MI. Daughter, Sandy (Gary) Welchert of Dubuque, IA. Daughter, Teresa Stromatt of Florida. Son, Kevin (Cheryl) Studabaker of Bristol, IN. Daughter, Karen Studabaker of Middlebury, IN. Son, Robert (Lea Richardson) Cook of Centreville, MI. Special long-time friend, Gerald Glick of Shipshewana, IN. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister, Inez O'Boyle of Alma, MI.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband, Leroy Timm, 2nd husband, Russell Heredeen, 3rd husband, Jim Studabaker, and 4th husband, Icem "Sonny" Cook, son, Irvin Timm, 3 brothers, half-brother, a sister, and daughter-in-law, Wendy Timm.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1:00pm-3:00pm with a memorial service at 3:00pm at Hess Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 603 South Detroit Street, LaGrange, IN 46761.
