Diane "Teresa" Fraker, age 57, of Howe, IN passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.  Teresa was born on September 23, 1966 in Battle Creek, MI to Robert Fraker and Sharon (Inman) Fraker Swegles.  In 1984, Teresa graduated from high school in Battle Creek, MI.  She spent much of her working life in the manufacturing sector, working for the Cookie Factory in McComb, OH; Summit in Sturgis, MI; and Grant Packaging Company in Findlay, OH.  Teresa was family oriented, enjoying spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, and she loved her canine companion, Rosie.

Survivors: Daughter, Renessa (Gary LaForce) Coup of Howe, IN. Daughter, Amanda Tuttle of Grand Rapids, MI. Grandchildren:  Anthony Folsom, Zoey Carlson, Violet Carlson, Hope Carlson, Lizzie Howard, Maxwell Howard, Bailey Hansen, Paisleigh LaForce, Sereniti LaForce. Sister, Phyllis Swegles of Centreville, MI. Sister, Norma (Darrell Tanner) Swegles of New London, OH. Theresa is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Richard Fraker; a daughter, Veronica Lynn; a son, Timothy Folsom; and a daughter, Aimee Carlson.

There are no services scheduled at this time and a private family celebration of life will take place.
