Daniel "Dan" Joseph Redding, age 56, of Auburn, IN formerly of LaGrange, IN passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne, IN.  Mr. Redding was born on February 27, 1967 in Kendallville, IN to Dale Wayne Redding and Phyllis Kay (Dudley) Moffett.  In 1985, he graduated from Lakeland High School in LaGrange, IN.  He then ventured on and obtained both a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering from Purdue University in Lafayette, IN.  Dan was previously employed by Texas Instruments in Texas as an engineer.  He was very electronically inclined and loved to tinker with computers and electronics.  Dan really enjoyed the friendships and quality time spent with his pals at Wesley Road Apartments in Auburn, IN.  He also loved his canine companion, Luke.

Survivors include: Father, Dale Wayne Redding of LaGrange, IN. Mother, Phyllis Kay (Jim) Moffett of LaGrange, IN. Brother, Bob Redding of LaGrange, IN. Sister, LaDonna (Tim) Doenges of Burr Oak, MI. Niece, Amy Ely of Elkhart, IN. Canine Companion, Luke.

Dan was preceded in death by his step-mother, Margaret Redding.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later time.

Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later time.
