Craig D. Lehman

Craig D. Lehman, age 47, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at his residence. He was born on January 6, 1979, in Decatur, IN, to Gaylord “Pete” and Thelma (Tweedy) Lehman.

In 1997, Craig graduated from Belmont High School in Decatur, IN. He continued his education, earning a bachelor’s degree in science from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2011, followed by a master’s degree in hospitality management from Indiana University Fort Wayne.

Craig proudly served his country with the United States Army National Guard for six years. He enjoyed artwork, watching sports, and playing soccer and wrestling during his high school years. Craig also enjoyed volunteering with Junior Achievement at local schools.

Survivors include his mother, Thelma Lehman; father, Gaylord “Pete” Lehman; brother, Doug Lehman; and nephew, Benjamin Lehman.

Craig was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Stella Tweedy; and paternal grandparents, Peter and Lydia Lehman.

Cremation will take place according to Craig’s wishes, and a private burial service will be held at a later date.
