Brenda Joyce (Pelz) Jackson

Brenda Joyce Jackson, age 74, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, September 25, 2021.  Brenda was born on December 30, 1947.  In 1966, she graduated from Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne, IN.  On June 24, 1966, she married the love of her life Danny Jackson.  Brenda was a professional cleaner and took care of several doctor’s offices, lawyer’s offices, and family homes.  She took great pride in getting close with her customers and would often consider them family.  Brenda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved being a grandmother to them. 

Brenda is survived by her husband of 55 years, Danny Jackson; her children, Kevin Jackson and Chad (Leah) Jackson, 4 grandchildren; Tyler (Madi) Jackson, Briana Jackson, Jacob Jackson, and Breanna Jackson, Brothers; Dave (Carolyn) Pelz and Jeff (Val) Pelz, She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Wayne and Virginia Pelz, sisters; Lonnie Sprouls and Diane Waldrop, and a brother, Doug Pelz.  

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 1:00pm with visitation prior from 11am-1:00pm at Coventry Baptist Church, 10926 Aboite Center Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814.
